It is our aim to despatch goods within 7-10 working days. If you need your items sooner then please give us a call or drop us an email to let us know what your needs are, we are happy to try and accommodate you wherever possible.

If something is out of stock, we will dispatch it as soon as it comes in and of course only charge your delivery once per order even if we have to send out more than one parcel

Exchanges and Returns: Whilst we have every confidence in our products it may be that you are not happy with your choice do simply fill out the returns form that we sent with your original parcel and we will replace or refund your goods if you return them within 10 working days. Please ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition in which they arrived with you, in their original packaging with all information attached. Returns are sent at your expense and we strongly advise using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage.

If the goods arrive with you faulty however we will refund postage costs. It is important to remember that because a large majority of the items are handmade there will be less uniformity and the variations will be due to the artisans working method. This is part of the charm of handmade goods and is not considered to be a fault.

We will email you to confirm that your return has been processed advising you that your exchange has been dispatched or refund credit completed or that a credit note has been issued. Please note that if gift voucher items are returned then they will be refunded with a credit note.
